I think I like 7 best :) and I like 3!
I like two the best, I think it looks the most professional, but I think you should change the photo to one you've taken, maybe a signature photo

you need to have a picture. you're a photographer. and its simple and elegant.
I like 2 the best. I also like 1, but you would need to stroke the pink text.
I think 2 is professional and cute. It's not something you've never seen before, but it's got a unique touch.
