Candace and Alissa- IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAAAAAAY!!!! sneak peek

I did a shoot about a month ago with Candace and her family while her husband was home on leave from Iraq. Candace hit me up this week for a birthday shoot for herself and co-worker, Alissa.(Their bdays are 2 days apart) Hello, LOVE the repeat customers!!! Can I just say this was one of the best shoots in a LONG time? No offense to any recent shoots, because I always have fun and love what I'm doing, but this just had that extra kick to it. We traveled from Killeen to Copperas Cove with a little pit stop at the DQ. That's right kids, you get ice cream during photo shoots with Rebecca! We had a blast and laughed until faces were turning red. I really enjoyed 0ur 3 hours, girls (and Daniel!), and hope you enjoy this lil' sneak peek I threw together for you!
Straight out of the camera. Alissa knows how to work it.

Love this location. Love this idea. Wow, Candace, wow!

Straight out of the camera other than one little splatch of brightening. HOLLLLLA.

Love this :)

Alissa and I were walking from one destination to another when I read this aloud. She laughed thinking I was referring to something else, then saw the sign. She had to take a pic with the beer. I had to take the pic cause of the quote.

Candace kept on complimenting Alissa. Hello girl, look how gorgeous YOU are as well. Work it!

Our little helper, Daniel. Tell me he doesn't look like T-R-O-U-B-L-E??? Adorable.

Alissa enjoying her "hit the spot" dipped cone.

The girls cooling off- literally. They are standing in front of a huge AC. People were staring. And you think we cared? Don't think so.

The Official 2009 Rebecca Crocker Photography Business Card

I had over 100 emails and messages today. Wow. Thanks so much for your input! #2 had at least 75% of the votes. To be perfectly honest, I didn't think it even had a chance. It's my current logo and I thought the colorful cards with the newer look would appeal to the eye. Boy oh boy, was I wrong. I revised it a little after some constructive criticism. I appreciate you all being honest. I am getting it printed this week at Kinko's in Killeen. Check them out for your printing needs. Ask for Candace or Alissa. Thanks again for taking the time to vote!!! We should do this more often...150+ people trafficking (<----I never knew that word had a "K" in it until I looked it up now...) on my site today. Holllllllla. Hope you all have a fabulous rest of the week!!

Decisions, Decisions, Decisions...

I'm in the process of designing a new business card. I have 7 ideas displayed below. Click on each design to view a larger version. Please leave a comment or email me with your choice of card. If you feel something should be different, suggest it. I want to know what would catch a potential client's eye with creativity, yet still come across as professional. So, let me know!!! Thanks so much!!! (Disregard the blue border. It surrounds all of my uploaded photos. It's not part of the designs.)

SAN ANTONIO/ NAC PEOPLE

CLICK ON FLYER TO SEE LARGER VIEW!!!

Introducing...Mr. and Mrs. Hendricks

Fast forward from that last post. Jared and Nicole are now happily married and enjoying time with Raven(their daughter) and their ADORABLE puppy. Lindsey and I shot their wedding back in January. The day moved pretty fast but we all worked great together to make sure Nicole and Jared did not see each other before the wedding. It made that moment so much more special. Before the wedding, I ended up hanging with the guys while Lindsey ran around with the girls. We had a great time. The wedding was set on a Friday evening at the Plaza Hotel. The lights were incredibly dim and it set the mood for romance. Nicole and Jared had their closest family and friends to celebrate in the uniting of their love. It was gooooorgeous. The reception took place in the Plaza Ballroom where there was laughter, dancing, and drinks. It was a great time for all! Jared and Nicole, I truly enjoyed working with the two of you. Your special day was beautiful. I wish you many years of love and bliss. May God bless you in your marriage and family.
STUNNING BRIDE!!!

Raven, Nicole's daughter, was their beautiful flower girl. The ring bearer is Crystal's(bridesmaid) son. Can you say PRECIOUS??? They're going to get married one day. :)

Their first moment "alone" right after the ceremony. Taking in the moment.

First Dance. So sweet.

A toast to Mr. and Mrs. Hendricks, and the many wonderful years to come.

Jared and Nicole: ENGAGED

Meet Jared and Nicole. Nicole came to me through Jamie Ambrose at Lucid Vizions. We met up at Starbucks and talked about her plans for the wedding. She was full of energy and craaaaazy about her fiance, Jared. Jared was serving in Iraq at the time, and Nicole was SO ready for him to return. We met up a couple weeks later once Jared returned. Nicole asked that we did their engagement pictures at a playground to represent their playful souls. I had a blast! My good friend, Lindsey, came along and we laughed the whole time at how much fun Jared and Nicole were having. They're completely in love and I hope it shows in these pictures. Enjoy!

MINI SESSIONS COMING TO A TOWN NEAR YOU!!!

Thanks to the good ol' US Army, I am obviously located in the wrong part of the state. I continually have my friends from Nacogdoches and San Antonio/Hill Country ask me for photo shoots, but they aren't too willing to dish out traveling costs. Can you blame them these days? Jimmy and I are due to move to either Colorado or Alaska within the next year. This is THE opportunity for you to get your photo shoots you've been begging for before the big move. Here's all the info you need to know...

I will be in:
San Antonio(Boerne) on Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th
Nacogdoches on Saturday, April 25th and Sunday, April 26th

These sessions are mini sessions that will last 45 minutes at one (hopefully BIG!) location. The session can be for individuals, couples, or families. Because of the limited time, there will be no outfit changes.

The session fee is $75(money order or check). Yes, I know this is my normal session fee, but this time you get a CD/DVD mailed to you with all your edited images in hi-resolution. You have the right to flaunt them all across the MySpace/Facebook world, and print them wherever you please. Your session fee needs to be mailed to me one week before the session. This is to make sure no one flakes on me and leaves a valuable spot open.

Please contact me immediately if you are interested. There are only so many slots available each day due to lighting conditions. Let's have some fun Nac and SA! I'm excited, and I hope you are too. Contact me TODAY to set up your Mini-Session!!
